Gluten and Lactose-free Tiramisu

A light and delicious dessert for the summer evenings!


  • Some strawberries
  • 10g of black chocolate
  • For the cream
  • 500g of soy yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
  • For the biscuit:
  • 150 g of oat flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of coffee
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of coconut sugar
  • 1,5 tablespoons of cacao


  • Preparation time: 10 minutes

  • 2 portions


  1. Mix the yoghurt and the agave syrup in a bowl. Keep it in the refrigerator.
  2. In a blender, mix the oat flakes the coffee, the coconut sugar and the cacao.
  3. In the glasses, put a layer of cream, then a layer of biscuit and renew this operation. Put some chopped strawberries
  4. End with a layer of biscuit with grated chocolate and strawberries
