Avocado and chocolate mousse, ginger

  • 90g of dark chocolate 75%
  • 2 average mature avocados
  • 2 tbsp acacia honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tsp of ginger juice
  • 1 tsp crushed pepper


  • Preparation time: 5min
  • 4 persons


  1. Place the pieces of chocolate in the blender and pour over ½ cup of boiling water. Melt for a few minutes.
  2. Add the other ingredients and blender everything.
  3. Cool an hour in the fridge.
  4. Distribute in verrines.
