Recipe for healthy pancakes with sorghum flour

Ingredients

  • 125 of sorghum flour
  • 250 ml of vegetable milk
  • 10 g of baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • Vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Preparation timing : 5 min.
  • Cooking time : 15 min.
  • 2-3 persons

Recipe

  1. Mix the dry ingredients
  2. Mix the wet ingredients
  3. Mix the 2 mixtures until there are no more lumps
  4. CHeat a pan and add a little coconut oil. Pour a ladle of dough per pancake until there is no more dough
  5. Add your preferred toppings : fresh fruits, crushed almonds, etc.
  6. Enjoy !
