Recipe for healthy pancakes with sorghum flour

Ingredients
- 125 of sorghum flour
- 250 ml of vegetable milk
- 10 g of baking soda
- 2 eggs
- Vanilla extract
Preparation
- Preparation timing : 5 min.
- Cooking time : 15 min.
- 2-3 persons
Recipe
- Mix the dry ingredients
- Mix the wet ingredients
- Mix the 2 mixtures until there are no more lumps
- CHeat a pan and add a little coconut oil. Pour a ladle of dough per pancake until there is no more dough
- Add your preferred toppings : fresh fruits, crushed almonds, etc.
- Enjoy !
