Tamari is an all-purpose seasoning, with a spicier and stonger taste than shoyu. It can be used as a dip for sushi or to season noodle broths, stir-fried dishes, salad dressings, marinades or woks. Seal and store in a cold dark place, away from moisture. Refrigerate after opening.
