Ingredients

For the tofu marinade:

  • 1 tbsp tamari sauce
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe

  1. In a bowl, mix the tamari sauce, turmeric, and olive oil. Slice the tofu, then marinate it in the mixture for 10–15 minutes.
  2. In a hot pan, cook the marinated tofu slices until golden and slightly crispy.
  3. On a tortilla, spread a generous spoonful of vegan red pesto.
  4. Add the grilled peppers, golden tofu, and a few fresh basil leaves.
  5. Roll the tortilla into a wrap and cut it in half.
