Homemade nachos and Mediterranean guacamole

For the Doritos-style nachos
- 5 wraps
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp sea salt (or spicy salt)
For the Mediterranean guacamole
- 3 ripe avocados, kept chilled
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ finely sliced red onion
- Optional: 1 jalapeño (seeds removed for less heat), finely sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ tsp guacamole seasoning mix
- 2 pinches of salt

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

Brush the wraps on both sides with olive oil. Cut into triangles.

In a bowl, mix the spices and nutritional yeast. Coat the triangles in this mixture.

Spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 7–8 minutes for almond wraps
- 10–15 minutes for corn wraps
Flip halfway through baking. Let cool for extra crispiness.
Mediterranean guacamole
- Mash the avocados with lime juice, garlic, jalapeño, onion, paprika, and salt. Keep it slightly chunky if you like.
