An ultra-creamy plant-based ice cream made with coconut milk and cream, naturally sweetened with yacon syrup, and coated in melting dark chocolate. A healthy alternative to store-bought ice cream bars, perfect for those summer cravings!

Recipe

  1. Blend all the ice cream ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into ice cream bar molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  3. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil (and almonds if desired).
  4. Unmold the ice creams, dip them quickly into the melted chocolate, and return them to the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the coating to harden.
