Our pesto rosso is 74% dried tomatoes, accompanied by extra virgin olive oil and basil. Its creamy and gourmet texture is perfect in your pasta, salads or spread generously on a sandwich. The recipe is made with products from short supply chains, from a 100% organic and Italian production. After being picked, the ingredients are processed within 8 hours of being picked in order to preserve the authenticity of the tastes and the nutritional quality of the ingredients.
