Tofu is an essential alternative to meat for vegetarians and vegans. Made from soy, its incredible success is due to its high protein and iron content. As an added bonus, we've added a lightly smoked flavor to vary the pleasure.
Easy to use, it can be adapted to suit any taste. Sautéed, simmered, raw, grilled, fried, in a vegetable pan, in a salad, with noodles or rice. The choice is yours!
