Craving a flavorful and easy-to-make vegetarian dish? This recipe combines oven-roasted vegetables, golden pan-fried tofu, and a creamy tahini dressing. Perfect for a healthy and comforting dinner in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 block of tofu
- 1 small sweet potato
- 1 yellow carrot
- 1 red carrot
- 300 g Brussels sprouts
- 2 handfuls of kale
- Roasted hazelnut oil
- 85 g tahini
- 60 ml water
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Dice the vegetables, drizzle with roasted hazelnut oil and chili, and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
- Cut the tofu into cubes and pan-fry until golden.
- For the dressing, mix the tahini, water, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
- Arrange the vegetables and tofu cubes on a plate and drizzle with the dressing.
