Ingredients

  • 1 block of tofu
  • 1 small sweet potato
  • 1 yellow carrot
  • 1 red carrot
  • 300 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 handfuls of kale
  • Roasted hazelnut oil
  • 85 g tahini
  • 60 ml water
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Dice the vegetables, drizzle with roasted hazelnut oil and chili, and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
  3. Cut the tofu into cubes and pan-fry until golden.
  4. For the dressing, mix the tahini, water, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
  5. Arrange the vegetables and tofu cubes on a plate and drizzle with the dressing.
  6. Enjoy!
