Ingredients
- 140g white basmati rice
- 200g plain tofu
- 1/4 cucumber
- 4 radishes
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 large carrot
- 40g corn
- 60g edamame
- Sesame seeds
- Shoyu soy sauce
Recipe
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- Pan-fry the tofu until golden brown.
- Dice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
- Slice the radishes and the carrot.
- Drain the corn and edamame.
- Divide the rice into 2 bowls or deep plates.
- Add all the ingredients.
- Drizzle with shoyu soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
