  • 140g white basmati rice
  • 200g plain tofu
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 4 radishes
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large carrot
  • 40g corn
  • 60g edamame
  • Sesame seeds
  • Shoyu soy sauce

Recipe

  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  3. Pan-fry the tofu until golden brown.
  4. Dice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
  5. Slice the radishes and the carrot.
  6. Drain the corn and edamame.
  7. Divide the rice into 2 bowls or deep plates.
  8. Add all the ingredients.
  9. Drizzle with shoyu soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
