Instructions

This nutmeg flour can be used in mueslis, vegetable milks, apple pies, pancakes and various pastries. Tiger Nut flour is slightly sweet, very soft and its taste is a bit like almond. It can be used in sweet preparations, such as cakes, pie shells, cookies, crumbles... or in savory preparations to thicken sauces or soups without gluten. It can be used 100% without mixing with other flour for recipes that do not need to swell (cookies). For softer recipes, (fluffy, cakes...) it is preferable to mix Tiger Nut flour with any other gluten free flour, (or with) as well as to mix it with an egg substitute or eggs. Store in a dry place and away from heat
