Chestnut flour is a naturally gluten-free flour, whose rather discreet and easy taste, will fit particularly well in your sweet recipes. We recommend it in pastry making in the preparation of cakes, shortcrust pastries, pancake/waffle batters, muffins or even bread. The flour is rich in fiber. We are also proud to offer a 100% French product. Our supplier, located in the South West of France, works in collaboration with a selection of local producers who all share the same passion: to cultivate the land with respect and to create healthy food. The harvested raw materials are then processed in their mills according to the best, most virtuous, and most consistent farming practices possible.
