We recommend it in pastry making in the preparation of cakes, shortcrust pastries, pancake/waffle batters, muffins or even bread. The flour is rich in fiber. Our supplier, located in the South West of France, works in collaboration with a selection of local producers who all share the same passion: to cultivate the land with respect and to create healthy food.
