  1. Cook the quinoa and broccoli separately for about 10 minutes.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together: quinoa, broccoli, onion, chickpea flour, rice breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, lemon juice and spices. Do not overmix to keep a nice texture.
  3. Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 30 minutes so the flour and breadcrumbs can absorb the moisture.
  4. Form small patties and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes (or pan-fry with a drizzle of olive oil).
  5. Serve these delicious healthy burgers with avocado purée!
