  • 1 egg
  • 100g nut butter (here, almond)
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 150g flour (here, chickpea flour)
  • 15g almond paste
  • 80g chocolate chips

Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan setting).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the nut butter, egg, almond paste, and brown sugar.
  3. Gradually add the flour and mix until you get a smooth dough.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips to finish the dough.
  5. Form 12 balls of about 35g each and place them on a baking tray.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
