This silky smooth tofu is made with uncurdled soy milk. It is made with three ingredients: soy beans, nigari ( magnesium chloride) and water from mount Fuji. This tofu has a smooth structure and easily absorbs the taste of other ingredients. It can be used in savoury and sweet dishes, in sauces, pies and desserts.

j'avais besoin de tofu soyeux pour une recette, et ne connaissant pas j'ai voulu tester. le goût est plutôt neutre et peut donc être cuisiné sucré ou salé. pour ma part, c'était des pancakes (qui étaient léger et moelleux) puis j'ai testé un pudding au chocolat (gouteux et rassasiant). j'en rachèterai sans hésiter
