- 120g of oats
- 40g of arrowroot
- 12g of coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 110g of silken tofu
- 60 ml of almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 2 eggs
- 15 ml of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Recipe
- Preheat your waffle maker so that it's hot before you start cooking.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order of the recipe and blend until the batter is smooth and frothy.
- Coat your waffle maker with cooking spray or oil as per the manufacturer's instructions. Cook the waffles until golden brown.
