Ingredients

  • 120g of oats
  • 40g of arrowroot
  • 12g of coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 110g of silken tofu
  • 60 ml of almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 ml of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Recipe

  1. Preheat your waffle maker so that it's hot before you start cooking.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order of the recipe and blend until the batter is smooth and frothy.
  3. Coat your waffle maker with cooking spray or oil as per the manufacturer's instructions. Cook the waffles until golden brown.
  4. Add your favorite toppings.
