Our 100% agave syrup is a natural sweetener made from agave, a plant grown in Mexico. Agave is a healthy and natural alternative to industrial white sugar. Its dark color means that the syrup has caramelized more, unlike the lighter syrup that has been heated for a short time. In your pastries, desserts, tea or coffee, agave offers a slightly caramelized flavor.
With a total of 80g of sugar for 100g of syrup, this product is very sweet and it is important to consume it in moderation even if it is a natural product! The fructose present in agave syrup can be harmful to health when consumed in too large quantities.
