- 1 large bunch of kale
- 400g chickpeas
- 200g olive tofu
- 1 red onion
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp agave syrup
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Recipe
- Wash and chop the kale.
- Slice the red onion.
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
- Cut the tofu into small pieces.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing the almond butter, olive oil, agave syrup, and lemon juice.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and pour the dressing over.
