  • 1 large bunch of kale
  • 400g chickpeas
  • 200g olive tofu
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp agave syrup
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Recipe

  1. Wash and chop the kale.
  2. Slice the red onion.
  3. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  4. Cut the tofu into small pieces.
  5. Prepare the dressing by mixing the almond butter, olive oil, agave syrup, and lemon juice.
  6. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and pour the dressing over.
  7. Enjoy!
