Our 100% roasted almond puree is distinguished by its strong flavor and its comforting almond taste. Its creamy texture - neither too liquid nor too firm - offers an excellent alternative to butter and other fats for your sweet recipes. It binds easily in your smoothies, protein shakes, acai bowls or on a slice of fresh bread. Our puree comes from a family workshop, where production is done in small batches of 25-30 kg in order to keep a regular control on the final product. This method guarantees exceptional quality, without the addition of oil and sugars. The nuts are roasted at 160°-170°C.
