- 2 plain wraps
- 2 tbsp of hummus
- Cucumber sticks
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 tbsp of raisins
- 1 tbsp of seed mix
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 1 apple
- Almond paste
Recipe
- Prepare the dressing with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the dressing with the grated carrots.
- Spread the hummus on the two wraps.
- Add the lettuce, grated carrots, seed mix, and raisins into the wraps.
- Fold the wraps and cut them in half.
- Place the wraps in the bento box alongside the cucumber sticks.
