Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 3 kiwis or other seasonal fruits
  • 50g granola
  • 40g coconut yogurt

Recipe

  1. In a bowl, mix the plant-based milk with the chia seeds.
  2. Add one tablespoon of agave syrup.
  3. Stir in the coconut yogurt.
  4. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for a few minutes to thicken.
  5. Meanwhile, peel and slice the kiwis (or other fruits).
  6. Place the fruit pieces at the bottom of a large glass.
  7. Pour the chia mixture with yogurt and plant-based milk on top.
  8. Garnish with extra yogurt, granola, and fruits.
