Seasonal fruit chia pudding

Craving a healthy, delicious, and easy-to-make dessert? This seasonal fruit chia pudding is perfect for enjoying a sweet treat while boosting your fiber and energy intake. You can customize it with any fruits you have on hand!
Ingredients
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 3 kiwis or other seasonal fruits
- 50g granola
- 40g coconut yogurt
Recipe
- In a bowl, mix the plant-based milk with the chia seeds.
- Add one tablespoon of agave syrup.
- Stir in the coconut yogurt.
- Let the mixture sit in the fridge for a few minutes to thicken.
- Meanwhile, peel and slice the kiwis (or other fruits).
- Place the fruit pieces at the bottom of a large glass.
- Pour the chia mixture with yogurt and plant-based milk on top.
- Garnish with extra yogurt, granola, and fruits.
