Recipe

  1. Mix all the base ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Place the mixture in the fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  3. Defrost the red berries.
  4. In a saucepan, cook the berries with the agave syrup over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds.
  6. Let the mixture thicken for 30 minutes at room temperature or in the fridge.
  7. Take two jars and layer the base and the berry compote, repeating until the jar is full.
  8. For a final delicious touch, top with sliced bananas, chocolate shavings, and a spoonful of peanut butter.
  9. Enjoy!
