Peanut butter and red berry porridge

Ingredients
The Base
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 500 ml of yogurt or kefir
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter
- 3 tbsp of agave syrup
The Red Berry Compote
- 200 g frozen red berries
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 bananas
- 1 tsp chocolate shavings
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Recipe
- Mix all the base ingredients in a bowl.
- Place the mixture in the fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight.
- Defrost the red berries.
- In a saucepan, cook the berries with the agave syrup over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds.
- Let the mixture thicken for 30 minutes at room temperature or in the fridge.
- Take two jars and layer the base and the berry compote, repeating until the jar is full.
- For a final delicious touch, top with sliced bananas, chocolate shavings, and a spoonful of peanut butter.
