Ingredients
- 40g of oats
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 125ml of almond milk
- A drizzle of agave syrup
- 1 banana
- 1 square of dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
Recipe
- In a saucepan, cook the oats with the almond milk, chia seeds, and agave syrup for about 10 minutes.
- Slice the banana in half lengthwise and lightly cook it in a pan with a splash of water for a few minutes.
- Pour the porridge into a bowl, top with the caramelized banana, and add the chocolate square and almond butter.
