Our T130 wholemeal rye flour is rich in fiber. It can be used alone or in addition to traditional flours for the preparation of wholemeal breads, dark breads (rye breads), pumpernickels, gingerbread, cookies, pastries or pancakes. Our rye flour is produced in the mill of Moisdon-la-Rivière in France in the region of Pays de la Loire, which works in collaboration with producers of the region who all gather around the same passion, that to produce an exceptional flour. Indeed, the mill uses the stone millstone and works with quality raw materials in order to produce healthy and tasty flours, respectful of people and the environment.
