


Our T150 whole wheat flour is rich in fiber, a source of protein. It is mainly suitable for the preparation of wholemeal or integral bread. The whole wheat flour is produced in the Moisdon-la-Rivière mill in France in the Pays de la Loire region, which works in collaboration with producers in the region who all share the same passion, that of producing an exceptional flour. Indeed, the mill uses the stone millstone and works with quality raw materials in order to produce healthy and tasty flours, respectful of people and the environment. This method reproduces the ancestral gesture of a traditional flour which results in a milling richer in vitamins and minerals, with the natural smell of wheat.
