Since it is known as a typical meal in France, Kazidomi decided to take inspiration from it to offer you an excellent recipe for Penne with whole Buckwheat ! But the question is, what are its advantages ? There are plenty! Proteins, carbohydrates, fibre, calcium, iron, everything is there! It is also worth noting the very low fat level. So, are you convinced? Our pasta comes straight from an italian family and artisanal factory in the Piemonte region. We looked for the most qualitative supplier possible to satisfy you. We were also committed to present you a large range of organic and healthy pasta for everyone's tastes and we succeeded! Therefore, you will find pasta made with wholemeal flour, rice, legumes but also many others... Want to know a bit more about the production process ? The cutting and molding of pasta (in bronze) is done according to the purest Italian tradition. Also, the roughness of our products makes them more suitable for containing sauces and condiments. Finally, a slow drying process at low temperature for at least 20 hours is the last key step in production. The final result is a product rich in taste which, thanks to a careful manufacturing process at low temperature, preserves all its important organoleptic and nutritional properties. Ces pâtes ont un super goût de sarrasin. Personnellement, j'apprécie mes pâtes "al dente" mais je recommande d'aller jusqu'au bout des 8minutes de cuisson du timing recommandé (6-8minutes) pour les avoir "al dente". En effet, à 6/7 minutes, les pâtes n'étaient pas suffisamment cuites à mon goût.

Je trouve la texture de ces pennes de sarrasin Kazidomi très moyenne par rapport à d'autres marques. Je ne pense pas en racheter.

Elles se tiennent super bien à la cuisson par rapport à d'autres marques que j'ai pu essayer dans le passé . Pour ceux qui aiment les pâtes au sarrasin, c'est vraiment top !
