Our kombucha is pasteurized, allowing it to be stored at room temperature until opening. Pasteurization prevents post-fermentation and ensures optimal shelf life.

For a bit of history, its name is believed to come from the Japanese word “cha”, meaning tea, combined with the name of a legendary Korean doctor, Kombu.
