A kombucha is a refreshing, sparkling drink of Asian origin and is the result of a fermentation process. It is made from green tea and aromatic plants, with morello cherry and mint juice. Our kombucha has been pasteurized, which allows it to be kept at room temperature until it is opened. But concretely, what is the difference between a pasteurized kombucha and an unpasteurized one? J'adore, j'en reprendrais sans hésiter, c'est la seconde commande et je suis ravie. On sent bien la cerise même si je n'ai pas l'impression que c'est de la griotte mais ça doit être diminué par le reste, la menthe se sent en fraicheur en fin de bouche.
Vraiment délicieux, on a l'impression de boire un thé glacé pétillant, c'est sucré mais pas trop (attention qui si on aime le kombucha plus acide, ça pourrait être une déception) et ça passe très bien avec n'importe quel plat. J'en rachèterais .
