About this product

Kombucha is a tea-based drink obtained by fermentation. Originally from Asia, this fresh and sparkling drink is very refreshing. Kombucha drink ferment is a combination of bacteria and yeast capable of fermenting sucrose and fructose. It is used by adding black tea or unflavored green tea, sugar and leaving to ferment. Making kombucha does not require the use of any special household appliances. 2 DOSE BAG // 1 dose makes 1L of kombucha Product that can be transplanted to obtain up to 10L of drink.

Instructions

Ingredients to add: 1L of plain green or black tea (for 1 dose of the sachet) Instructions for use: Use perfectly clean utensils. Prepare 1 liter of green tea or black tea. It is best to use plain tea as flavoring can alter the taste. Pour into a clean airtight container and let cool. Add 1 dose of kombucha ferment and 50g of sugar. Close the container tightly and leave to ferment for 5 to 8 days at room temperature (20-25°C). Enjoy fresh. The drink can be kept refrigerated for 2 to 4 days maximum. The kombucha obtained can be transplanted up to 5 times subject to good conditions of hygiene and use: use 200 ml of kombucha as a ferment base and repeat the instructions for use. The drink may contain a very small dose of alcohol (0.5% to 3%) due to fermentation. It is therefore not recommended for pregnant, breastfeeding women and very young children without medical advice.
