Kombucha is an organic fermented drink, naturally sparkling and refreshing. Made from fermented tea and ingredients from organic farming, it offers a slightly tangy taste and a delicate effervescence.

Its recipe combines an infusion of herbs and teas with notes of lime and ginger, creating a fresh and slightly spicy aromatic profile. Thanks to the fermentation process, this drink develops a unique flavor that sets it apart from traditional sodas.

Our kombucha is pasteurized, allowing it to be stored at room temperature until opening. Pasteurization prevents post-fermentation and ensures optimal shelf life.

For a bit of history, its name is believed to come from the Japanese word “cha”, meaning tea, combined with the name of a legendary Korean doctor, Kombu.

Ingredients: tea extract* (92.3 %) (natural mineral water, green tea*, black tea*, maté leaves*, lime blossoms*, verbena*, cornflower blossoms*, lemon balm*, spearmint*, stinging nettle herb*, woodruff herb*, elderflower*, raspberry leaves*, calendula blossoms*, blackberry leaves*, licorice root*), raw cane sugar*, lime juice* (2 %), ginger juice* (1.5 %) (ginger*, lemon juice from concentrate*), kombucha culture, natural carbonation. Contains < 0.5% vol. alcohol.

J’adore ça, c’est très rafraîchissant, et donne au corps ce dont le corps a besoin, je souhaite pouvoir avoir un tonneau de, Kombucha-gingembre-lime, près de mon lit, avec une très longue paille, et juste me revitaliser en étant allongé dans le lit - Pourquoi Pas!?!?!
