Instructions
Pour the boiling water over the couscous, cover and let swell for 5 minutes. Strain and add a little olive oil, sesame oil, walnut oil...or butter. Reheat the couscous in a frying pan for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring or in the microwave 30s/portion. Keep in a dry and cool place away from light.
