Japanese Sesame Toasted Sauce is a typical sauce made from rice vinegar and fair trade soy sauce. Made according to local Thai know-how, the recipe is additive-free, gluten-free and alcohol-free. Ready to use, the Japanese sauce is ideal to make original vinaigrettes, to bring an Asian touch in woks and salads or to dip in the aperitif.
Composition
Sauce prepared with soy sauce: Tamari sauce* 48% (water, soy*, rock salt, rice*, yeast: aspergillus oryzae), white cane sugar*, wholegrain rice vinegar*, garlic*, ginger powder*, cassava flour*, toasted golden sesame* 1%. *From organic farming. Underlined: fair trade ingredients.
