Instructions

To prepare the waffles: Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, add the contents of the package, 75 g of melted butter, 80 g of sugar and 200 ml of milk and mix to a smooth batter. Grease the waffle tin and cook the waffles in it. To prepare the pancakes: Mix the contents of the package with 3 eggs and 300 ml of milk to obtain a smooth batter, then cook the pancakes on both sides at a medium temperature in a greased pan. For a vegan preparation, use 300 ml of soya milk (or other vegetable milks) and 200 g of soya yoghurt to replace the eggs and milk.
