The Scandinavian Bread mix is a recipe rich in fiber, phosphorus, magnesium, copper and manganese. This Nordic bread contains vitamin E, vitamin B1, folic acid, potassium, calcium, iron and zinc. The mixture can be soaked briefly and baked immediately. To activate the active ingredients of the seeds, leave the dough in the refrigerator overnight! This will make your bread all the more tasty and nutritious.

Instructions
Pour 550 ml of boiling water over the contents of the package and mix. Allow to rise for 20 minutes, then shape the bread before placing it in the oven on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a springform pan. Preheat oven and bake bread for 70 minutes (top and bottom heat) at 200°C. Store in a dry place, protected from pests.
