Bauckchof Schnitzer's brownie mix is ready to use and gluten-free! This recipe is also 100% organic and plant-based. It makes 12 small brownies or 6 large brownies in only 5 minutes. It is suitable for making muffins, chocolate cake or brownie variations as you like, as long as you adjust the plant-based drink additions to each recipe.

Instructions

Preparation: Preheat oven to 175 °C. Mix the contents of the package with 200 g soft butter, 2 eggs and 200 ml milk until it forms a soft dough. Spread the dough in a baking pan (approx. 20 x 20 cm). Bake for 25 minutes. Vegan preparation with 150 g. soft margarine, 2 level teaspoons of carob bean gum or soy flour, 100 ml water or soy milk. Store in a dry place, protected from pests
