Instructions

Dissolve the mixture in 250 ml of boiling water and let it swell for 15 minutes. Mix the paste well and moisten your hands to form balls the size of a teaspoon. Fry the balls in oil until golden brown. Falafels are very easy to prepare and are best with pita bread and yogurt dip or au gratin. Did you know?
