About this product
Teff. You've already heard the name, but do you know exactly what it is? It could well become a must in your kitchen. Naturally gluten-free, it is rich in many essential minerals such as potassium, iron and calcium. It really is the quinoa from East Africa. Teff flour can be incorporated into many preparations, sweet or salty, often in combination with other flours.
