Kombucha is a refreshing and naturally sparkling drink of Asian origin, created through a fermentation process.

This recipe is made from green tea and aromatic plants, enhanced with morello cherries and a touch of organic mint. Its unique taste combines fruity and fresh notes in a perfectly balanced way.

Its history is steeped in culture and tradition: legend has it that a Korean physician once introduced this drink to a Japanese emperor. The name "kombucha" is said to come from the physician’s name, "Kombu," combined with the Japanese word for tea, "cha."

To ensure optimal preservation, we have chosen to pasteurize our kombucha. This allows you to keep it at room temperature until opened, without the risk of post-fermentation.

Ingredients: tea extract* (90.2%) (natural mineral water, green tea*, black tea*, maté leaves*, lime blossoms*, verbena*, cornflower blossoms*, lemon balm*, spearmint*, stinging nettle herb*, woodruff herb* elderflower*, raspberry leaves*, calendula blossoms*, blackberry leaves*, licorice root*), raw cane sugar*, sour cherry juice* (3%), peppermint extract* (2.5%) (natural mineral water, grape syrup*, peppermint leaves*, lemon juice concentrate*), kombucha culture, natural carbonation.
