- 1 kefir or kombucha (or another drink!)
- Fresh or frozen fruits (mango, berries, etc.)
- Liquid sweetener of your choice (honey, yacon syrup, agave, maple syrup, etc.)

- Blend the fresh and/or frozen fruits, the kombucha or kefir, and the sweetener in a blender.
