Kombucha is a refreshing, fermented, and naturally sparkling drink with origins in Asia.

This recipe is made from green tea, aromatic plants, lime juice, and a touch of ginger.

Its history is steeped in culture and tradition: legend has it that a Korean physician once introduced this drink to a Japanese emperor. The name “kombucha” is said to come from the physician’s name “Kombu,” combined with the Japanese word for tea, “cha.”

To avoid continuous fermentation, we have chosen to pasteurize our kombucha so it can be stored at room temperature until opened.

Ingredients: tea extract* (92.3 %) (natural mineral water, green tea*, black tea*, maté leaves*, lime blossoms*, verbena*, cornflower blossoms*, lemon balm*, spearmint*, stinging nettle herb*, woodruff herb*, elderflower*, raspberry leaves*, calendula blossoms*, blackberry leaves*, licorice root*), raw cane sugar*, lime juice* (2 %), ginger juice* (1.5 %) (ginger*, lemon juice from concentrate*), kombucha culture, natural carbonation. Contains < 0.5% vol. alcohol.

J’adore ça, c’est très rafraîchissant, et donne au corps ce dont le corps a besoin, je souhaite pouvoir avoir un tonneau de, Kombucha-gingembre-lime, près de mon lit, avec une très longue paille, et juste me revitaliser en étant allongé dans le lit - Pourquoi Pas!?!?!
