Ecoidées' cassava flour is made from cassava roots grown in India by independent producers involved in an organic fair trade project. Highly digestible and energetic, gluten-free and improving the feeling of satiety, it is particularly sought after by athletes and can reduce or replace the use of cereal flour in many pastry recipes. It can replace wheat flour and is used in the same proportions.
