Our cashew nuts in bulk are carefully selected. They are tasty, rich in taste and full of good nutrients. Cashews are known to be high in fibre and an excellent source of magnesium and copper. Cashew nuts also contain vitamins B, E and K as well as a quantity of carbohydrates with a low glycemic index. Finally, they are a good source of vegetable protein.
