Are they roasted or salted?

Neither. This Kazidomi Vrac bag holds shelled organic Brazil nuts and nothing more, with no salt, no sugar and no oil. The flavour is mild and creamy, the texture dense. Nothing stops you toasting them for a few minutes in a dry pan to bring the aroma up.

How do I use them?

Whole as a snack, chopped over a salad, a rice dish or a vegetable soup, or blended to a meal to fold into a cake. The Kazidomi Vrac Brazil nuts also make a plant drink at home once blended with water and strained through a fine cloth.

How do I keep a 500 g bag?

Dry, cool and out of the light, in an airtight jar once the bag is started. Like every high-fat nut, the Kazidomi Vrac ones eventually go rancid, and the sign is a clear bitterness together with a smell of stale oil. At that point they are best thrown out.
