Our organic and certified 100% vegan pasta come straight from an italian family and artisanal factory in the Piemonte region. Finally, a slow drying process at low temperature for at least 20 hours is the last key step in production. The final result is a product rich in taste which, thanks to a careful manufacturing process at low temperature, preserves all its important organoleptic and nutritional properties. Cuisson très lente, et goût terreux. Très déçue par ces pâtes, mais avec une sauce ça se sent moins.

assez déçue comme toute la gamme sans gluten notamment au niveau de la texture après cuisson. Ca se defait tout. C'est moche. DOmmage vu le tarif pratiqué.

Vraiment, je ne recommande pas la gamme de pâtes sans gluten de Kazidomi.

Ces gnochetti se sont complètement défaits en copeaux (se séparant au niveau des cannelures) avant même d'être cuits... je ne comprends pas...
Bien sûr, les pâtes sans gluten ont une texture particulière et ont tendance à moins bien se tenir que celles au blé. Mais des pâtes qui se réduisent en miettes à ce point, c'est vraiment dommage. Parce que le goût était au top, la composition du produit aussi!
