This silky smooth tofu is made with uncurdled soy milk. It is made with three ingredients: soy beans, nigari ( magnesium chloride) and water from mount Fuji. This tofu has a smooth structure and easily absorbs the taste of other ingredients. It can be used in savoury and sweet dishes, in sauces, pies and desserts.
