RECIPE: Soak 250gr of soya fibre/protein the day before in a marinade made up of 1/4 litre of water, 1/2 glass of white wine, 2 bay leaves, 1 bouquet garni, 3 tablespoons of Shoyu, minced garlic and juice of a lemon. Drain. Fry over high heat in a base of olive oil with 2 onions and 1 clove of garlic, celery and 1 finely chopped carrot. Serve with a mushroom sauce.
