Instructions
Allow approximately 60g rice per person. Place the rice in a saucepan and cover generously with cold water. Bring to the boil then cook over a medium heat for 25 minutes. Drain and rinse. Red rice will bring colour and originality to your meals. It be eaten hot alongside your vegetable, meat, and fish dishes or can also be consumed cold in salads.Store in a cool, dry place away from light. After opening, place in the refrigerator and consume within 30 days.
