Organic red Thai rice vermicelli are naturally gluten-free. They are made using traditional methods. The red rice is a local rice grown on micro farms in northeastern Thailand and comes directly from artisan producers. Vermicelli is a staple of Asian cuisine. They can be found in spring rolls, spring rolls and soups. Cooking time 2 minutes

Instructions
Plunge the vermicelli into a large volume of boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Drain and fry for 1 minute in a hot pan with a little oil: ready! Store in a dry place.
